  • What Can I Expect From My Visit?

    With every visit you can always expect an oil filter change, check and top off of all the fluids. We will also check your tire pressure and inflate your tires if necessary. If there are any recommendations as we inspect, we will also make sure to note those.

  • Can I Purchase A Gift Card?

    Yes! Gift cards are available at both of our locations.

  • Does An Oil Change Really Only Take 10 Minutes?

    Yes! At our Secor location an oil change takes only 10 minutes because we have an open pit that allows for our techs to begin the oil change almost as soon as the customer pulls their car in. Draining the oil takes about 30 seconds and roughly the same amount of time to replace the oil filter. Since our Secor location is not a full service mechanic shop we do not do full scale inspections. Instead, we specialize in preventative maintenance. Our hood techs will check fluids and air filters and make recommendations quickly. After that process, the hood tech will then add oil and both the hood tech and pit tech do a safety check before cashing the customer out.  We also have a monitor set up on each bay with a live feed of the pit and tech servicing a vehicle from underneath.

  • Do You Have A Warranty?

    We have 2 warranties. One from Castrol and one from us.


    During your visit, expect to receive a pamphlet directing you to Castrol’s warranty with a minimum required oil purchase as well as Castrol High Mileage and above warranty. If needed, the customer is responsible for filling out Castrol’s warranty and sending it to them.


    Our warranty covers any oil changes and work we do for our customers. You can find it on the bottom of your receipt (which all customers must sign). If an issue arises from our work, customers must bring their vehicle to us first for inspection before taking it to anyone else or the warranty will be void. If we are at fault, then we will honor our warranty and reimburse or fix the damages.
